Workplace sexual harassment resources for NWT Employers
Resource Kit for NWT Employers:
Together, workers and employers can reduce rates of workplace sexual harassment. Obviously, preventing harassment before it occurs is ideal. As an employer, you can help by making it clear that disrespectful behaviors of any kind will not be tolerated, and training managers and employees in positive forms of interaction.
Employers who take these steps are trying to head off harassing behaviors and keep their workplaces and people safe.
Complete the form below to receive your FREE Employers Resource Kit - if you would just like a specific item or resource, please put your request in the body of the message. The kit contains resources to help you further your workplace culture of inclusion and safety.
Put the calendar and stickers in public places – reception areas, board rooms - to help remind visitors and clients that workplace sexual harassment is not tolerated. The stickers are also great for washroom mirrors or to hand out at safety briefings to be put on toolboxes and work kits.
Put the tent cards in your office kitchen, on your reception desk, or right beside you during zoom calls.
Put the bumper stickers on or in your company vehicles to show your community where you stand on workplace sexual harassment.
Cubicle cards can be given to staff or can be posted on safety bulletin boards.
