Celebrate International Women’s Day, March 8th, 2023 #Embrace Equity

Grant funding of up to $5000 is available from the Status of Women Council NWT for events and activities that support the advancement of equality for women in the Northwest Territories.

This can mean workshops, feasts, or other events or activities celebrating women, girls and those who identify as women.

Criteria:

• Events or activities should take place on or around March 8 th International Women’s Day (and by March 31, 2023)

• Events or activities should be focused on women and/or girls

• Events or activities should be community-based

• Available to NWT non-government organizations, community governments and Indigenous governments.
